THE TRUTH.
It is a frequency, a harmonic and force and it wants to live through you, as you.

I am a teacher of many things in this thread of service, but one thing that has always been clear is that I am meant to live in the world, as a translator and a bridgewalker. I am here to be PERMISSION for full embodied EXPRESSION.

This body of work that is SLAY is deeply close to my heart and I am going to be teaching things, and we are going to be having conversations that NO ONE is teaching or having.

SLAY is about the Spiritual AND Cultural.
It is about who we are as a walking Brand.
It is about our unique expression.

This is an eight month deep dive.

This is a spiritual journey where we are going to surgically unpack your message and everything in the way of you living it fully.

We will be Slaying every. single. illusion. that stands in the way of your Full Expression from your own internal beliefs that keep you small to cultural blocks around race, gender, sexuality, politics, religion, family, and of course cancel culture.

All of your fears and compensatory behaviors that keep you from being seen, sharing, writing, speaking, teaching and launching. SLAYed.

Because while your identity has kept you safe, it's also your prison. No matter who you are.

Writing & Expression

SLAY incorporates many Mr Miyagi style practices to get better and more confident at speaking and writing and just showing up online.

Culture

Culture includes our upbringing, family, religion, community. It is the group we identify that we belong to. It is the beliefs we were given that we didn't necessarily choose.

Most culture is derived from survival and trauma. So the question must be asked "Is my culture serving my full expression?"

Values
& Critical Thinking

You cannot be Fully Expressed if you are sheep. We will undergo an exploration of what values you are here to be aligned with and a representative of.

We will also practice the skill of critical thinking and asking penetrative questions.
We will also be examining the extreme of this: conspiracy theories.

Cancel Culture

Cancel Culture is a special phenomenon that we will be examining and addressing head on.

We will look at this on all topics in which it manifests.

Trauma Based Communication Patterns

Everyone has particular survival strategies and these also show up in our unconscious, reactive, communications. We will be intimately getting to know your personal "trigger map" so you can unearth the landmines.

And like in Harry Potter, we will also be bringing out the Bogarts so you know how to Slay other people's trauma based projections and communciations.

Identity

You are not your identity and your identity is not the most important thing about you.
AND, your identity is one of the key things blocking your full expression.

We will be exploring many facets of identity, including deep dives into race, gender, sexuality, and personal experiences.

Spiritual

The journey of full expression also journeys deep internal caverns and many gates of initiation. Learning how to unlock the barriers within ourselves and navigate these initiations is a key to full expression.
