Who We Are: We are Team Chase, LLC, a limited liability company organized in Arizona. We own and operate www.perrichase.com and sxbmbpractice.com. We also operate as certain Showit and Ontraport landing pages and Mighty Networks App and pages.

Limited Privacy of Information Disclosed on Our Site
How we view confidentiality and privacy:
The nature of the work we do in our spaces has us view confidentiality and privacy differently.
On one hand, we are in service to your opening. We create spaces (containers) for you to share personal stories, journeys, and learnings. We value these containers as places for your opening. Therefore, we would never use your personally identifiable information publicly without your permission. We also expect that you do not share personally identifiable information of others outside the container. However, all information which you share within the container will be shared with us, our staff, and any other member who join the container now and in the future. Nonetheless, since other members may join the container when you share information, you should understand that we cannot guarantee the privacy of the information shared in the spaces we create, and we are not liable for any other member’s violation of this privacy commitment.
Information We May Share
We may use your testimonials, digestion posts, or transformative accounts publicly in an anonymized fashion. For certain testimonials we may seek your permission to post those publicly and to include your name with those posts. We will only share your names with any testimonials if we have received your express permission to do so. If you post in our public spaces like Instagram or any other public spaces we may use your comment with your name and userID. 
We run a teaching space. The dismantlement of patterns and the presentation of behavior associated with those patterns is a core part of the practice and study of our containers. There is no promise of confidentiality around this. Anything that is shared within our containers may be used as a teaching example for our team or our teaching programs, not publicly. This includes private communications with Perri and the team. If you are doing one on one coaching with a team member, the content and video may also be shared with Perri and the teaching program. For purpose of clarity, all information disclosed in a container will be shared with those who are in the container and may also be used as described within this paragraph.
In these cases, your information will be used in service to the larger picture, it is not personal nor is it used to cause harm, it may become a teaching example / case study.
If this arrangement is not for you, then these containers are not for you and you should not join our program.
Self-Responsibility: You agree to take responsibility for your own well-being. This includes providing yourself with any additional support you need to process or integrate inner experiences that arise as a result of your participation in any of our programs or services.
Appropriate Behavior on our Sites: We intend to create spaces for mature, adult interactions and transformation. This requires the people who use our services and participate in our programs to avoid disparaging us or others in our spaces, and to take responsibility for what they say and how they show up on our Sites. We reserve the right to terminate your access to and participation in our services at any time if in our discretion if, in our reasonable judgement, you are violating our policies or if your participation is potentially harmful to any other member.
Boundaries: We reserve the right to ask someone to leave a program, service, or one of our Sites, at our own discretion. Should you be asked to leave, you will be entitled to a cancellation of any balance owed. A refund may also be given, at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.

Other Information We Collect
We collect the information you provide to us which is necessary to use our services. This includes information in your basic profile and information about the type of people you would like to meet. We also collect financial and payment information about you as needed to process any payments you make to us for the use of the services. In addition, we collect information about your use of our services. We also collect technical information related to the use of our computer and online systems and information that we may use to effectively and efficiently provide our services.
Some additional detail on the information we collect includes:
When you set up an account you provide us with your name, phone number, email address and other contact information. By providing us with this information you give us consent to use this information so we can provide our services to you. You also agree we can use this information to verify your identity, and for compliance purposes. You may also be requested to provide your date of birth and related information to help verify your identity and verify you are over 18 years of age. (Our services are not available to anyone under 18). You also agree that we may use this information to verify compliance with our terms of use.
Many of the services we offer involve a level of personal interaction, sometimes in a one on one setting and other times in a limited group setting. Any information you choose to share during our services will be with us, and if offered in a group setting, with all persons who are present in that setting when the information is shared. In addition, the information you share with us during those interactions may be used during other teaching or training sessions we offer. If you do not wish to have that information used in that manner please do not share your personal information.
When you purchase services from us you will provide us with payment information and other information to allow us to process your payments, including credit card numbers, credit card information and sometimes banking or financial information. You authorize us to use this information for payment purposes and we may maintain this information for payment verification and accounting purposes and related purposes.
If you contact our staff, we will collect any information you share with us during those communications.
If you use any services of any of our business partners or affiliates, those partners and affiliates may share information about your use of their services.
Our systems also generate information about your use of our services. We maintain that information. This includes information about your use of our services; technical information about the devices you use, such as your IP address and computer settings; and cookies or similar devices to assist us in identifying you and your devices as a member and user of our services and your app preferences; and technical information in the event of any kind of computer or software issues or failures.

How We Use this Information
 Generally, we use the information we collect to provide our services to you and to assist in improving those services. This includes:
The information you share during any interpersonal communication will be used for teaching and training purposes as described above and as described in our description of our services. Some of this is described above.
Using information to administer your account. This includes managing your account, providing customer service; communicating with you about our services; and potentially offer you additional services or promotions.
Helping enhance and improve our services and to offer you new services.
Allowing you to consider services offered by our business partners and affiliates.
Allowing you to communicate with our staff as needed.
Ensuring we can reliably provide you services and to address and improve any technical issues related to our services.
Ensuring compliance with our terms of service.
Ensuring legal compliance: This includes complying with any applicable laws and regulations; and to assist law enforcement.

How We Share this Information
With Our Staff Members and Other Participants. As described above, our services include sharing information during interpersonal discussions and other forms of interpersonal communications. Information you disclose will be shared with our staff members, and if shared in a public or semi-private session, that information will be shared with all persons present in that forum when you share any personal information. We may also share that information for other training purposes.
With our Providers. To the extent we have third party services providers who assist in providing services, such as data hosting companies, ISPs, customer services providers and payment processors we share needed information with them to assist in providing our services. Generally, we only provide our third party providers with the information they need to provide the services they provide to us. In addition, we have agreements in place with our vendors to protect the information that they are provided from further disclosure. 
With Our Affiliates. We may engage business partners and affiliates to help market our services or who allow us to market their services to our members who may be interested in their services. Those partners and affiliates may be provided with certain limited information to allow them to market their services to our members.
To Enforce Our Legal Rights. We have the right to use the information our members provide: to help us defend any lawsuit or legal claims against us or to mitigate any damages we may incur in any such lawsuit or legal claim; to protect our legal right or the rights of our members, business partners or affiliates or other interested parties; to enforce our legal agreements with you; or to investigate, prevent or take any legal action to prevent any illegal activity or fraud.
With Law Enforcement: We may disclose your information if we believe it is necessary or appropriate: to comply with any subpoena, court order, search warrant or law enforcement action or where otherwise legally required to be disclosed; to assist in the prevention of any criminal activity; or to protect the health or safety of any member, any of our employees or any third party.

Your Rights
You have the right and ability to update the information in your profile at any time using the tools provided in the app or by contacting us at support@perrichase.com. If you have any questions or concerns about the accuracy of the information we have about you, contact us and we will assist in updating your information.
You can terminate our services at any time. Once you terminate our services, we will maintain certain information that has been provided to us in accordance with our data retention policies.
You have the right to request a copy of the information we retain about at you any time. you can contact us at any time to request such a copy. You may request that we delete personal information about you at any time by submitting an appropriate request to us. You may also request at any time that we correct any personal information we have about you.
We reserve the right to request that you verify your identity and the information in your account before we provide you with any information about your account or any request to correct or update any information.

How Long We Retain Your Information
We will comply with any applicable laws or regulations which require that we maintain any information about you, or the services provided to you. In addition, we will generally maintain any information we have in our files about you for a minimum of 90 days after you close your account to allow for account reviews. All information related to any financial transactions will be maintained following the closing of your account for the time necessary account to allow for the completion of any required tax or accounting reporting.
We reserve the right to maintain any customer records for an extended period of time in the event of any actual or potential legal disputes or investigations.
In the event of any legal disputes with you or regarding your account, we will retain all information we have about your account until after final termination of the legal dispute or any legal action.

No Children Allowed
Our services are limited to adults over 18 years of age. In no event is anyone under 18 authorized to use our services. 
Privacy Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify, amend or revise this privacy policy at any time. We will post any updated policy on our website and in our app. Those updated policies will be effective once they are posted.
