Right now I’m detoxing and creating immersive opportunities to sweat.

If I go into these things without paying attention I will want to leave the experience right before I begin to sweat.

I notice the pattern.

The body heats.

The discomfort builds.

Right before my pores open and the sweat begins to pour, my mind says ok that’s enough.

I have to hold myself in the discomfort of the agitation for everything to open.

This is the law of compression.

Steady attention or pressure and just when we want to squirm away the transformation happens.

My containers are exactly the same way.

Except it doesn’t take 15 minutes.

It can take years.

And at the most uncomfortable down point in the journey, where you feel like your head is being held underwater and you are going to drown, you want to pop out.

You want to go up and feel relief.

You want to leave.

Those people miss the Gate of Surrender that lies just beyond the agitation.

They don’t make it through.

What happens here if one is not careful is the Ego will consume this energy.

It gets angry and demonizes.

But to make it through, you must cross this gate.

The gate of surrender is the spot she shows you all is ok.

Where you can open and lean into the Universe knowing that the thread is guiding you.

Where meaningless consumption is uninteresting and the only thing to do is serve the energy.

THE. ONLY. THING.

I will not take people further if they do not pass through that gate.

It’s required to go to the deeper Medicine teachings.

It’s a required initiation to be a teacher.

If you can’t let go into the vastness of the Universe you have no business holding or teaching anything.

I promise you it is so uncomfortable down there.

I watch people as they struggle closer to the bottom.

It is scary and honestly sometimes terrifying.

And then just enough falls around them that the illusion drops, they let go….

And Fly.

This is an embodied experience of the map to Truth.

Once you have it, it can’t be taken away from you.

Ever.

This is why I teach how I teach and why things are structured the way they are.

I have so many students popping right now.

Moving through to the other side.

They have worked so hard to hold themselves to the edge of the fire.

No turning back.

Forever changed.

It’s an initiation like no other.

It’s the work I live for.

It’s patient work.

Thankless most of the time.

But worth it to watch the lights go on where they will never go out.
